YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES If you wish to make a change to your order once it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and in any event at least 45 minutes before the agreed collection time. We will let you know if the change is possible. Payment & Refunds Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the goods or will refund you in accordance with clause 9.3 if payment has already been made. This might be because what you have ordered is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the items ordered or because we are unable to meet a collection time you have specified.
